Since founding Eclipse in 1983, Mr. Moller has served as its CEO and has headed up the firm's Investment Management Group. In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, he has been the driving force behind the firm's investment management and product development activities. Prior to forming Eclipse, Mr. Moller served in various capacities in the areas of public accounting, consulting, and corporate financial management. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a master's in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Olszweski is responsible for overseeing the research and development, implementation, and maintenance of the firm's trading strategies. He also serves as a member of the Investment Management Group. Prior to joining Eclipse in 2001, Mr. Olszweski served as an Assistant Vice President and proprietary trader within the Derivatives Dealing Team of UFJ Group in New York. Prior to that, he served as a proprietary trader in the Capital Markets Group of Nippon Credit Bank, also in New York. Mr. Olszweski began his career at Hollingsworth Trading Company, eventually rising to the role of Trading Manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Heather Socha joined Eclipse Capital in 1999 and is directly responsible for the firm’s accounting, back office, and fund administration activities.  She also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer with responsibility for leading and directing the firm’s corporate compliance program, and overseeing the firm’s compliance with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the firm.  Previously Heather was employed by Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager specializing in financial institutions and insurance companies.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.  Ms. Socha is a listed principal of ECM since August 11, 2009.
